When its nice out and I can get some alone time my favorite place is on the porch swing on my back deck watching the river with a good book and a cuppa. When that isn’t an option my cozy spot in the living room- my chair and footstool-which is usually being occupied by a cat or 3- surrounded by the things I love. My yarn is behind me, my wips beside me, and my family elsewhere in the room.

      • #33 KittenWhiplash
        • I’ve never really wanted to start my own business – my interests are too mercurial to be in charge of a company that others depend on. I guess being a free-lance consulting ruler of the universe might be fun. At least it sounds like I could just stick my nose into anything I wanted any time I wanted. Mom always wanted to have a Hot Dog Cart, but she would have been her own best customer if she had. They’re still her food fave at 91 years young.
