- I would say the pull tab for soda cans , soup cans and pet food cans. How else would we open a soda can. The soup and pet food cans it is time to grab the can opener. It makes life a little easier in the morning when feeding my cats breakfast if the simple pull tab can works. If I open a soup can or anything else with a pull tab, one of my pet cats always comes run thinking I am feeding them again.
