Steve, What pattern did you use for the King Max worsted hat? I have a skein of the same yarn and want to make a hat for my son. Thanks, Carole Hart

Hi Carole,
I don’t use a pattern. It’s just use my own recipe. I cast on 96 stitches using a size 6 US and then knit in 2X2 ribbing for 2 inches. Then I switch to a size 8 US and knit until the entire pieces measures between 7 – 8 inches. I then switch to DPNs and start decreasing. I place stitch markers every 12 stitches then K2tog, knit to 2 stitches before next stitch marker and SSK. I repeat this around. Then knit a round plain. I alternate between the decrease round and plain round until there are 8 stitches left and I pull the end through those stitches. Hope this helps!

Steve, I finished the King Max hat. I love your yarn, & the “recipe” that you suggested. Thank you very, very much! Carole
