I appreciate the mini-review of the Keurig, I am on the fence over buying myself one. I look forward to the next episode.Cheers,Bev aka paletpc

  9. Oh you mention Bloomington IL! I'm from there but I don't live there now. My family is still in Bloomington and the surrounding area. I didn't know that Borders was closing. 😦 I love to go there then afterwards I would go next door to Panera for a bagel. *sigh*

  19. Enjoyed your videocast! You made me think that the real first videocast was Elizabeth Zimmerman πŸ™‚

  20. Love the Vidcast. I have the singel cup Kuerig coffe maker and we have two of their re-usable filters and love them. We are on a tight budget and those K cups can add up compared to pounds of coffee."Will see" in my household usually means no. My kids even know it. I also started watching Letsknit2getherGreat show you are a pro.Sheila

  21. wonderful! nice to see another male perspective! i know that we are out there, just need a bit more visibility. This is a great start.

  22. Just finished watching your first podcast – I think it's terrific! It's nice to hear from a guy's perspective, and I really enjoy the "extra" stuff you talk about that isn't just knitting related! Keep 'em coming! πŸ™‚

  23. Really enjoyed your podcast. You have a nice looking man cave there too. Just thought I'd throw in an idea for the kids fang sweater. If you didn't want to do intarsia, you could totally do duplicate stitch after you knit the sweater. You just follow the charts the same. It does produce a raised area on the sweater, but for children that's an added bonus usually. Kids love texture. Anywho, keep up the great show.

  24. Fabulous first podcast! I'm looking forward to more. Love your bookshelves–I dream of someday having a wall of shelves full of books and yarn. I totally agree with Melody–Knit the little fang sweater and then just duplicate stitch the fangs and blood. It's quick and easy and looks great! Love the theatre theme as I was involved in theatre from Jr. High through college. See you on the forum!

  25. Please keep doing what you're doing! I really enjoy your podcasts, Steve. I heard Lala mention you. The Knitgirllls is another podcast I love. I subscribed through Itunes from your link, so far it's working.

  26. the cowl looked good on you.

  27. Can't wait to meet you at the Fling! Great firt podcast.
